The snap rail of this poster holder has a spring-loaded mechanism which clamps down against a black rubber gasket, holding banners or posters tight. Kit includes:

Top Snap Rail with (2) clear plastic eyelet clips attached. The clips are adjustable and slide to fit your hanging requirements.
Bottom Snap Rail holds your graphics flat and taut.
