Customers are responsible for sending all required artwork to Displays2go.
We are unable to retreive artwork from locations other than our FTP server or mailed media.Files under 250Mb may be submitted using our FTP server:- Please compress all files and folders using the ZIP file format.
- Files must be named using your order number (ex. OE_123456.zip). You obtain a confirmation OE# when you place your order on our website or when you call in your order at 1-800-572-2194.
- For Google checkout customers you will receive a confirmation number (ex.1234567812345.zip) when you place your order on our website. Preface this number with OE_your confirmation.zip (OE_1234567812345.zip) for example.
Displays2go will not address and is not responsible for delays due to improperly named files. - Once your files are uploaded please e-mail your customer service representative.
- For internet orders only email confirmation of your upload to: ftp@displays2go.com.
- Your order confirmation number should be in the subject of the message. This allows us to verify that we have received your artwork.

Files over 250Mb and mailing submission:- Please write your order number (OE) on the disk and envelope
- We accept the following media:
- CD-R (No CD-RWs)
- DVD
- ZIP (100, 250 and 750 only)
- Do not send CDs or DVDs without a case or sleeve
- Artwork should be submitted on disposable media. If you choose to submit on a flash drive, it will not be returned.
